Physical Activity can significantly lower your risk of cancer. The ACS recommends adults engage in moderate to vigorous exercise 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week while children and adolescents should engage in moderate to vigorous exercise for 60 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. My absolute favorite form of exercise is walking. I stretch first, the head outside. Whether it is a good power walk or a basic brisk walk, I always feel refreshed, energized and so much better physically, mentally and emotionally.
My second favorite is doing the exercises on WII Plus. It's great for Yoga and a variety of other exercises :0)

My favourite ways to exercise are cardio kickboxing and zumba. Major stress release and so fun!

i love walking w/ my husband and friends. I also like doing outdoor activities like hiking when i can.
