Physical Activity can significantly lower your risk of cancer. The ACS recommends adults engage in moderate to vigorous exercise 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week while children and adolescents should engage in moderate to vigorous exercise for 60 minutes a day at least 5 days a week.
